SAMP can be played using a windows phone/tablet but you gotta connect keyboard and mouse in order to play properly( that's what I have heard ).

No, there won't be a SA-MP version for mobile platforms. This has been discussed and answered over and over.

Yeah, It wont show up in future too.
But pro users had released some of tools related to sa-mp in iOS as well as Android.

There will not be any official releases, how-ever it may be possible for someone to do if they put their mind to it. But officially, no... Never... Just no...
