I just want to know how can I get my account activated in general or on the scripting forums.

When you register, just activate your email. A link was sent to your email address when you registered? You should be allowed to view all forums, you may not be able to post on them all, but viewing them yes.

That's wrong. An admin must approve your account.

I've been registered since 2009, so at that time I just registered, and it let me see everything.

You gotta wait for admin to activate you i am sure you got other things to do by then.
