I suggest you to create your own Administration system so that you can have whatever you want and get it secured according to what you want. Or if you're looking for downloads, currently the ones which are getting updated is always better. You can give a try to "JakAdmin" which is getting updated mostly.

Thanks all of you for your recommendations and @Lordz I don't know how to script and I got scripters and they are also working but I need an admin system for temporary that is why I made this topic

Maybe you should try posting in the scripting section, or at least one that is related to SA-MP.
