Okay, open up your servers .cfg and put .so in the front of the plugins and the mysql.so im not to sure try what i said other then that, you may need to update the plugin or use mysql static.

it's already done because i use linux, all plugins already end with .so

Right okay did the server work fine when you stared it up on .dll plugins?

i'm using a linux server , it work fine in windows , i've downloaded the .so file to run it on linux

can you paste me the hole server log from when you was using the .dll plugins as you may be using the wrong mysql.so plugin, most people do that.. but try to use the mysql.so i posted up there. what hosting company are you using to? sometimes they can support you i had this error around 2-3 days ago but i fixed it using this.
