I think the map looks good but it is unnecessary to use because it is not possible to play Basketball in SA-MP
or am I wrong?

You are wrong there are filterscripts and you can roleplay it, back in the day when i did have my samp server up.. gangs would come and take it over it was a shine, thanks for the feedback!
