YOU NEED SAMP streamer 2.7.1 and it may fix it:

Okay, you need to update you .dll steamer or streamer.so, you can download the package on ******.. and the .rar includes the files also a new include put that in pawno, folder compile gamemode and run. that is your problem nothing else.
