Do you mean GTA_SA.set ?

@OT : Well, SAMP can't be played with GTA SA owned in steam, I have heard that you can make it work by doing something, but I never tried it and dont know much about it since I dont own one and have never tried to do so.

Badly configured client side.
When launching GTA with SA:MP it won't start
Delete the gta_sa.set file from your userfiles folder and make sure you don't have any cheats/mods.

Sorry it may be worth noting whenever I download the download from the page all I get is disc files which are contributing towards the client.
It's saying I don't have vorbisfile.dll in the folder even though it is in there.

Yeah would be helpful. The downgrader that is used on that one works it's just it keeps crashing giving me .dll files errors

I would recommend you get the disc version of GTA:SA for PC. I heard that the Steam version will not work with SA-MP (Nor MTA.) because the downgrader doesn't support the Steam version.

Steam version works with a downgrader I use it's telling me I don't have vorbisfile.dll

Sorry guys this entire thing is happening because I still had GTA SA open in processes tab, closed that and now no more crashes or anything! Thanks for all your help!
