hello ,i got samp server with IRC ,i done IRC channel and the bots work done but i can't use all cmd "Error Youare not allowed to use this cmd" i changed only the names of the bots and channel host @ Mibbit ,and i login and channel make "~" b4 my name ,it mean i am login and i am the owner of this channel ,how can i fix it please ?
