If i have got the MySQL IP and the other info (user/pass),how can i connect to the server?
To edit the databases and such?

1. Go to internet
2. Write your server name in the text bar where (probably) ******.com is
3. Lets take 127.0.0.1 (local) as a preview, you write 127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin
4. Log in

Your host will most likely provide a link to phpMyAdmin through the control panel. If there isn't then use a client like MySQL Workbench.
