Hello, so my laptop is old one but it fills the requiments by 5x times, but it still has fps drop.
When I look at the ground/down I have around 60-65fps and when I look straight I have around 11-15 fps. Also everying is at low settings

Obviously your pc is the problem.

as they said try decreasing draw distance....and try with low grafics...

Well could you share us with your computer specifications?, on a sidenote if you want a lower FPS you could first of all lower the drawing distance if that won't help then you can change the resolution off the game, good luck!
