UP, for an system anti cheat i need to teleport with little distance at last position of the player teleport, and with the bug on SAMP we can't

Change the world or other fix don't works because i need very fast teleport, when you teleport an player with a little distance at last position this "teleport" is not stream (not SYNC) and for SYNC this teleport the player must move.
