Update graphics card on ubuntu
#1

When I go 'about this computer' it says my graphics card is 'Gallium 0.4 on AMD RV710'

But its an ATI Radeon 5450... I've tried various things,
and I've searched on ******, but I'm without any luck.

Anyone recommend anything?

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers?

Quote:

1. Open a terminal window.

2. Type in the following command, then hit Enter:

sudo software-properties-gtk

3. Click on the Additional Drivers tab in the Software Sources menu.

4. Install your device drivers.

Don't think it makes a difference in Ubuntu version
