Why im login in my server always didn't respond because i update my server to 0.3z RC3 in Volt-Host

Anyone who can help me how to fix this problem?

Nope why im still using volt-host if it is maintenance lately im 0.3x and im still playing on my server and now im changing in to 0.3z RC3 didn't response

Install 0.3x Final Server and the Final Client too, not RC3 Server and Final Client etc. Both must be the same.

Also, we do not condone the use of cheat programs.

There are 5 days 0.3z was officially released and it is still not available in Volt-Host panel? Very professional...
Anyway, you should try replacing samp03svr manually over FTP...

You need the 0.3z RC3 client to join a 0.3z RC3 server...

0.3z RC3 is (Release Candidate 3), and you're trying to connect to 0.3z R1 (Revision 1). Download proper client first: http://files.sa-mp.com/sa-mp-0.3z-R1-install.exe. Don't use any RC version.
