when player be cuffed and you're shooting in he, him not takes damage, but when you beat with fist - damage takes.

Just SetPlayerHealth to a big number like 9999 when you cuff him, and set it back to his original health on the uncuff command.

I want to kill player when he cuffed with guns. Before 0.3z version - all was fine.
