Probably using some uni-code langauge that is not supported by your computer. Something inside the script is the problem as I suspect with the code. Tracing back this issue is very hard. You could however, limit usage of characters to only enligsh in OnPlayerTalk, tho it's not really recommanded.

I am actually not-aware if this is a "exploit", for that. We need a beta-tester to confirm.

That's an awful way, especially. You can ban accidently players that use keybinds.

Okay, first of all. That's not an exploit, he is sending a ton of packets into your server. Making stressful responds due to it responding like this:
ExampleSentDataPerMinute:35340 bytes*60
ExampleRecievedDataPerMinute:987453 bytes*60

The server is getting stressed, can't handle a lot of packets and finally it crashes. He is using also uni-code langauge to attempt and bug people or the server out, creating unexpected errors.

The fix for this would be closing spamming, if a player sends more then 45 messages per 2 seconds. Mute him and create a variable to store it, if he climbs up to 3 then kick him out for "Bug Abuse" or whatever you would like.

(You can also not mute him, and just let it count up to 3 and then kick him.)

But why he send this message, also to fix this i need to put an if (!strlen(text)) return 0; under OnPlayerText, like the problem up in the other thread

It's a known spammer, it's define by itself to "advertise".
The site is a very well known for their cleo hacks.

The only fix for this, is detecting if he is sending messages too fast and stopping him from it.

(It's a cleo/exe program to spam the chat. It has self-declared messages.)
