Hey! Im currently testing out a Radio Station for San Andreas Roleplay server and well,i dont know what software or website is the best for that (i got no clue how to setup ShoutCAST).. please recommend!

Download Icecast - A Stream server witch stream the sound out public.

Then get SAM Broadcaster, witch stream to your server.

I would like you warn you that in order for you to play music, you need a license.. If you get caught, you can get a $10,000 fine in some countries like USA and UK.

I doubt any of the smaller stations use it, but yeah, you have a good point.
There might be something on the Terms And Conditions about that(Although nobody in the right mind reads that..).
