You can't.
The only thing you can try is to PM a beta tester.. I heard dugi changes names if your account is worth the name change (rep/posts).

1) Beg on a beta tester's page
2) Keep begging
3) Get tired of begging and you still won't get the name change
Some beta testers are kind enough to say NO in a nice way, some simply don't reply. So, in short, you can't.
