I thought exactly the same thing when I read over the questions. TL; DR version for the OP. Ask who/what/when/where/why questions, otherwise you're going to get some pretty lame and typical responses.
From the questions it sounds like you're listing most of what GTA V is, imo.

My response is the same as those of ****** and V1ceC1ty, but yes I do like all of the things that you asked, however I already have all of those options in the SA-MP server that I play, so I wouldn't be interested in buying a new game for it.

Well in GTA the character isn't helping make the city a better place, and the character doesn't possess a massive range of tactical LE skills. This is less about the free-roam/open-world/craziness of GTA and more about the characters, the storyline, and the variety of things you can do to handle situations.
If a few more people could answer it'd be great.

If the questionnaire itself is the project, is markable, I strongly suggest you rethink and restructure it.
If the questionaire is just 'market research' to help you decide what would be a popular game design, with the game being the piece of work that will end up being graded, then again I suggest you rethink and restructure it.
If however it is just for a little personal validation, 'I want to make this game but I want a few people to agree it might be a good idea', then OK. But then really you should just have faith in your personal vision and motivation and get on with making it.

You're asking me if I would like to play as a cop or a anti-hero looking for justice or something like that?Yeah.Maybe.Why not?Iґve already thought about this kind of storyline for a game I wanted to produce.I will share an idea with whoever reads this. What would it be like if we had a game that we were able to take a lot of choices? For instance, about being a cop or a robber.BUT.it does not ends there. We could choose to be a bad cop.Or a anti-hero as a robber or something.I wanted to have a game as big as GTA V.An open-world game. You take choices, they affect your gameplay.A lot of choices. You choose everything. And,obviously, there would be a storyline,so it all makes sense.Like, facts happen.Which of them, depends on what you chose.I'm talking about A LOT of variables.Sometimes I think it would be impossible. But I always keep in mind it would be awesome.
About the questions you asked,Yes for all of them. But,for the first one,it would be nice to have a system to change First Person into Third Person and vice-versa.A working system.
