Hey, Just watched this video, what mods is it that are used? Not the vehicle or sound mods, but the visual mods like, Target vehicle, the (Ithink) thing where its linked with TS3 on the bottom right,etc

Vehicle hack the one which change skin of vehicle and the police light hack.
Also the map looks different if you own your own server you can do that.
