Server stopped two days; And now been suspended ?

and the ticket ,did not get any response '

They are using CentOS 5 & 6 (linux), not windows.

And you can get your answer faster when using the forums than tickets.

This Problem actually happened to me once.
Some of the possible reasons for it are:
Your server is overusing the Procressor.
Incase they were receiving a Ddos attack your server was made target.
Whole Server Node Network maybe down.
- Thats What i had experienced while i was having a server on volt-host.
