Hi,

I have installed GTA SA and am attempting to re-install SA:MP back on.

I installed SA:MP to C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\GTA San Andreas\

I then see:

I press ignore and SA:MP downloads


I then try to downgrade it and it doesnt work and Singleplayer still loads instead. Am I installing it to the wrong file?

Make sure you're running as an admin.

Have you got multiple gta_sa in your GTA folder?

Yes I do. Do you have Skype and Teamview?

Only use the GTA_SA that is US 1.0 version and remove the rest, reinstall SA-MP by running it as an admin.

Ok, did you add them? How did you convert to US 1.0?

Remove all of them apart from the US 1.0 version.

Im uninstalling GTA SA and SA:MP. Starting from scratch.

Good idea. Now before you add the US 1.0 version make sure you remove the old gta_sa.

Had the same problem,yeah just re-install the whole game.

Try disabling Run As Administrator check box, by right clicking gta_sa.exe, and unticking it.
This should work!
