Does anyone know how much it would cost to put my IP on a hosted tab?
I couldn't find this information everywhere.

For the Hosted List you have to pay.
Or take a free host and then pay for the Hsted list or the main suppliers of Host should have (still paying) hosted the list, it costs about 15 € per month

No no no, the actual rate of game-mp is just 9 euros per month (per server).

but game-mp does not accept multiple accounts for approximately 1 year, or so it seems

You can host upto 10 listings (that means 10 servers) using 1 game-mp account.
Do you need more then that? Also, game-mp stopped giving accounts more then 2 and half years before. As there were many people who registered and they cant manage all servers to get into the hosted tab.
