For the factions i have scripted tier0/1/2 , Tier 0 can invite and uninvite and /factionchattog and setrank and settier , and tier 1 can invite and uninvite and /ftogchat ,and 2 can do nothing what i need is how to add /setrank command for t0's so then can use /settier
