when a admin clicks a player, a dialog pops up, with admin commands.... lets say they clicked ban, it should ban the clickedplayer, but how do i do that?

You can use this filterscript that has everything you wanted. You can click player and show different admin commands in dialog. e.g PM,BAN,KICK,EXPLODE etc..
