Yep, Lindsay Lohan is trying to sue Rockstar Games because of the blonde girl in one of the artwork pictures. I hope Rockstar counter-sue for time wasting.

That's Kate Upton. Rockstar didn't choose her either, they hired a model to base the art off. They do it for all the artwork.

She shouldn't flatter herself. The cover model was a very specificly chosen model, and all the characters you meet in the game are fictious, meaning not actually real people. She has no leg to stand on and her sum of money that she demands is, quote on quote; Serious Money.
