is there anyway to let the cleo mod work on my server and script it to work on my server?
2.how to let me cleo mods work on samp,it works on gta san andreas but when i go samp it doesnt work,how to let it work?

I dont think you can, only if your players will have the same cleo mod.

Edit: Parkour mods (Not very complicated just higher jumps with backflips and other things) work on every server without any problem as i know.
