I have a problem on the server... Shortens me the password of the account... That means if the password was balkan, what used to shorten the password on 'b', 'ba', 'bal', 'balk', 'balka'... How to fix it?

increase the size of the string which you're saving the pass into.

Are you hashing the passwords? Make sure you have a large size such as 256 or 512.
