I've been using sscanf for a long time and I never had problems except one day that ID 1 was not valid even though the player was connected. Pottus reported that as well but ****** cannot do anything - informations are important in order to find out where and what caused it.
It may be due to that bug but before considering that, make sure again that the sscanf plugin and include file is the latest version, all the scripts used sscanf are re-compiled with the latest version so upload the files to the server and run it. If it happens again (after being sure about the above first), then it'll be better to post that in sscanf's thread and you may get a reason of why it happens.

I did nothing wrong, it's not for only one command, it's for all commands, for whole system.

5 days passed and I didn't saw that bug again. I think this time it's gone!
I don't know exactly what I have done, but, I remember that I upgraded sscanf as Konstantinos said, then I tryed to upgrade my server to 0.3x R2 but my host didn't support that version, so, I downgraded it to 0.3x and now it's working.
Thanks for helping me! You can T/C here.
