k so I get the error file or func not found bcoz of this:
streamer include version(0x21605) does not match plug-in version(0x21604). I have another script which uses the same compiling include, and same plug-in and works perfectly... What to do WTF

Use the latest version (2.6.1) for streamer (both include and plugin file) and re-compile all the scripts you use and they include streamer. Then you can run the server without any problem.

Most of the times that happens because users download gamemodes from here and they use the plugins/includes files of that (which some of them are too old) and they do not update the plugins etc.
