SA-MP Problem!

I appreciate the above posters are trying to help, but really if you are just guessing it is better not to post

This is usually due to compatibility issues with newer versions of Windows.
Things to try are renaming your SA directory (don't ask, it just works sometimes )
Changing compatibility mode on your executable, select win98/win2k/xp (perversely if you already have this set, removing it can also fix the issue)

Also make sure you are running it as administrator. You can also try disabling multicore in samp.cfg, but the above fixes work in most cases.
