Buying a desktop.

Alright, well basically- since I newly moved to the USA, I only got this crappy laptop with me & am planning to purchase an nice desktop, and yeah- to play games.

However, my budget isnt really that high- so I am going to post some PCs specs and you guys would tell me if those specs would run the latest games or not.

They're both pretty damn equal, but I'd pick 2 because it has a faster processor.

Neither, because they either have a old to none graphics card, medium to bad HDD, and old processors. You have to build a rig by yourself which matches budget 200$, if you really want a good rig. Take option 1 if you want the graphics card.

Just because it has a 0.4ghz faster clock doesn't mean it's better -.-

Computer #1 is better. In fact the E8400 is almost double as powerful.

both of them wont gonna deliver you any good performance , you will have to set game settings to very lowest to get some playable FPS with HD 3450,
get a budget of like 300-350$ and you can get a decent med end gaming PC to run all games!

Don't even bother. A 200$ budget PC won't get you anywhere in terms of gaming. Just wait, collect more cash and then buy something. I doubt that PC would even run any 2010 and below games.
