Hey guys, i've recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 PRO and i've installed GTA SA & SA-MP onto it and I noticed the mouse was stuttering across the screen when I moved it while in-game. I did some research on it and had no luck finding a solution to my problem. I already have the dinput.dll in my game directory but that only fixed the menu bug. Any help is appreciated.

MS released an update to fix mouse problems, it was mostly for cod games. But you can fix it in regedit, ****** it.
