Guys I just got my own server, but im unable to post an advertisement about it.
A message says I need to have the permissions for it, how to do that?

Firstly you don't ask.
Secondly you should help people out in Scripting Help or post stuff people want to see or use such as maps etc, that would be a good place to start.
