i 'd downloaded a new GAME MODE files, when i made a server with it
it started on 0.3e version
but i want it on 0.3c version

How can i convert it into 0.3c ?

By replacing the .exe files from the main package and the a_samp.inc of 0.3c server package (http://files.sa-mp.com/)

But why do you go backwards anyways? We're on 0.3x and a new version is going to be released soon.
