Hi all i just want to ask one question. How can you make interior inside of building so you can see outside of building trough window?

The SA-MP House Objects. With gta sa objects built a Real House with windows/furnitures!

First, what map construction are you using?

Either way, just move into the infer structure of a building you like and lay floors, the size of the building. Any bigger then the size of the building they will be seen by other players from the ground.
'Cause we all know we can't get inside the exterior of the building.

It's not that hard, just do everything you'd do with a sky interior.
Just inside a building.
