I'm going to buy a Game-server from KingJ and i can't decide a Proper server location

I Live in Pakistan and the locations I have available to choose from are
Roubaix - France
Amsterdam - Netherlands
MaidenHead - United Kingdom
So i was thinking which One will be good for me? on Which will i and other players will have a Suitable Ping.
