Iam creating a sa-mp server for first time. i got a game mode which i was searching "Land of paradise" i downloaded it and unzip it but i cannot connect to the server using the ip 127.0.0.1:777 please help me

open cmd prompt > ipconfig > look for Ip4v ip, and connect to it.

Open the file "server_log.txt" and paste the contents here, your server might not even be starting properly

Not working i can connect to that ip by opening sa-mp server and if i close it the server will shut down but sa-mp server is not opening it closing after opening. Iam using windows xp sp whats the problem

YOu got the .dll plugins ?
You got the port as 7777 in your server .cfg ?
you changed the gamemode in your .cfg file ?

Answer these questions and you will get your answer ! and if u dont know what i am talking about , then please never think to start a samp server ...

no i didnt change the port its 7777
I didnt change the gamemode

follow these steps !

1. goto the folder where u have your gamemode extracted !
2. open a file named " server " extension = .cfg
3 . copy it and paste it here .
4 . then we will be able to help you !

If it fails to start then copy your server_log.txt ; If it does start then instead of using 127.0.0.1. use localhost < - - - Just like that.

Please confirm that the plugins mentioned in this file are present in your plugins folder and then try to run the server again and if same thing happens then copy/paste your "server.log" file here .

I opened samp server.exe and the server is online but i cant join because the version is 0.2x so i cant join so how to make it 0.3x?

To make it 0.3x, download the 0.3x server package from SA-MP.com, and then replace the includes, sa-mpserver.exe, samp-npc.exe, announce.exe. Also try to recompile your gamemode. Make sure the plugins and includes are updated aswell
