How to update server to 0.3x

Download the server package: http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php
You can:
- either replace to your old package the files from the 0.3x package: samp-server.exe announce.exe samp-npc.exe include.inc
- or paste your gamemode/filterscripts, plugins and includes (not a_samp.inc) and edit your server.cfg
