There are many SA:MP server hosting websites. Just find the right one for the right price. Here are two that I am thinking at the moment.. http://game.kingj.net/pages/san-andreas-multiplayer or you can use www.volt-host.com.
You can always look up on ****** and just search "SAMP Hosting Sites" and find info about it and choose the one you think is right for your server with a good price..
