Yes,I want to learn how to add a now job,like a street sweeper,I use a zGaming edit gamemode.

Browse the filterscripts section on here, there's some good jobs there.
As for adding custom jobs, you need to script them in yourself, as I doubt many people will script for you for free.
There's also a few filterscripts out there which allow you to dynamically create jobs within the server itself.
