Hey,
First of all, sorry if this is the wrong section but I felt like it's the properest one.
To the point: I installed CLEO's ELM 9.1 yesterday, and I would like to ask in some servers everyone is able to see the flashes and mods used by it. When I tried it on the server I play on, it shows only for me.
Am I missing something to install or is it intended like that?
PS. The server I play on allows this mod.
