Why can't i advertise my server. When i start new thread it says
Rockstar128, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

You don't have 15 reputation points.

You need to touch 15 points first, Then you can start a new thread and paste your server details, Theme etc...In case you have 7 after touching the +positive point 15 then you can still advertise. Once in a month i think, I am not sure

+You need to be registered for 30 days, as I just noticed. In general, you need to READ in order to ever post a valid advertisement.
