I personally use host-spree. Its good for the price. You can get a server for 2.60 with 40 slots, if you use some coupons and offers correctly. It supports .so plug-ins, as its linux based. If you have more money, you may want to go with better hosting. Host-spree will get the job done tho. They have good staff, good service, good prices. I would personally recommend it.
