Anyone knows how to make this work?

So i wanted to install the ELM (Emergency Lights Mod). So i moved all the files to the directory and then this came up. Anyone knows how to fix this?

Well firstly do you have the DVD version or is it a digital download one (Steam)?

My DVD one broke, so i had to download a torrent one

He probably got the digital one (Pirate Bay) xDDD.

Anyway, yeah, I ******d and I found this:

" Go into the main game menu, and loom in the bottom right hand corner. if it says V1.1, or V.2, that's what you have (or even V3)

If it says nothing, you're on V1 "

I believe you need an US copy of the game to fix this error, torrented or not. I had this problem and had to find a gta_sa.exe that was a US copy.

EDIT: Didn't completely read, this error has nothing to do with a stream fix, so ELM should work fine. Be sure to check your files and make sure they're in the right place.

All you need to do is downgrade your game to v1.0.

If your using mods and ELM i highly suggest you get Stream Memory Fix 2.0.
