Do /rcon yourpassword then do /makeadmin playerid adminlevel

The admin levels are.
1= Low level with less commands
2= level with little more commands
3= level with more commands
1337= ultimate level with the max commands
1338= Same as 1337 but doesnt show your name in /admins
