I saw this object first in a server I was playing.I am sure that it's not a mod,as I don't have mods.Can someone please help me find it ? Thank you.
PS: It's not policecap1,policecap2,or policecap3,or anything like that.

EDIT : I managed to add it,it was easy as a pie.It was my first edit of a .pawn file,and it went really good
