I do not think there is an actual "fishing" animation.

But in other servers i have seen when player fish to do one animation

It isn't an animation. It is a object in your hand. If they did add an animation to it is most likely the gun aim with both your hands while the fishing pole is in it. If you want I can get the animation for you and the object ID.
