Hello !
I have 2 question's..
1. How to set walking speed for just one player? Can I do it?
2. How to set when player pres shift (jump key) to do salto? Or somethinng like that?

1. You cannot change the player's velocity as long as they stand at the ground.
2. Do you mean by "salto" like parkour, back flips etc? I don't think that's possible.

2. Jes like parkour , I saw it in one video on *******.. It is doing with animations but i cant find animation like back flip :S

No, you can change the player's velocity but if they're on the air, not on the ground.
It's probably mod. Many players use parkour mods at SA:MP.
