Hello I want people not to leave LV as its LVDM.
So I want to know how to create LV world bounds?
I need a full and well explained TUT please.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a proper tutorial, just define the x min & x max, and the y min & y max.
For example, go to the most western spot of LV (your boundary) and save the position (/save), do the same with the most eastern spot of LV.
There you got yourself x min & x max.
Same goes for y min & y max.
