Police now can /cuff [player id] and /uncuff [player id] players . They have the fireworks with them and both teams can add flashlights to their guns for m4 /m4flash for ak /akflash /flashlight1 /flashlight2
throw exploding signals on sky /signal1 /signal2 throw dynamites /dynamite + drugers can plant bombs
